About me
As human beings, we all encounter challenges and periods of suffering throughout life. While these experiences can offer valuable lessons, growth, and personal development, they can also impact our mental, energetic, and physical well-being—especially when they are not fully processed or released.
My introduction to Reiki came during a time of personal hardship, when I was seeking greater balance and clarity. I had always felt drawn to spirituality and holistic practices, having explored meditation and other complementary approaches earlier in life. Over time, however, I became disconnected from that inner dimension.
Approaching my first Reiki session with an open mind and no specific expectations, I experienced a profound sense of release and realignment. The session brought clarity, calm, and a renewed sense of inner peace, allowing me to reconnect with a deeper awareness and a more grounded perspective.
Inspired by this experience, I went on to train in Reiki and qualified as a Reiki Master and Teacher in 2019. Today, I am passionate about offering Reiki as a supportive, gentle practice that can help others reconnect with balance, calm, and their own inner resources.
Reiki is a gentle, natural healing practice that works with the body’s own energy. It is based on the understanding that life energy flows through all living things and supports our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
During a Reiki session, the practitioner acts as a channel for universal life energy, allowing it to flow to the recipient through light touch or by placing their hands slightly above the body. This energy helps to restore balance, release blockages, and support the body’s natural ability to heal.
Each person’s experience with Reiki is unique — it provides exactly what the individual most needs at that moment. For some, it may ease physical tension or pain; for others, it may bring emotional release, mental clarity, or a renewed sense of peace and connection.
Reiki does not replace medical care but beautifully complements it, helping you reconnect with your inner harmony and well-being.
